Frequently asked questions

When do I get my code?

Your gift card or activation code is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. You’ll see it on the confirmation page and, if you have an account, in your order history.

Can I use my code in my country?

Some products are restricted by region. Each product page shows this. Use “Check your country” when available to see if the product works where you are.

What if my code doesn’t work?

First check that you’re redeeming on the correct platform and in the right region. If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team with your order details and we’ll help you.

How do I get a refund?

Our refund policy explains when refunds are possible. For digital products, eligibility depends on the situation. Contact us with your order details and we’ll guide you.

You can connect your catalog via API or file. Our documentation (when available) will cover authentication, stock feed format, and request examples. Until then, contact us for integration details.
